Merry Christmas everyone! This is our last party before New Year’s Eve, so we’re squeezing it all in. Have an ugly Christmas sweater? Wear it! Have a sexy Christmas outfit? Wear it! Come as you are and help celebrate Rich’s Birthday! We will also be having a Dirty Santa Gift Exchange again this year. It’s completely up to you, participation is NOT REQUIRED! If you’d like to participate bring a gift to exchange, one per person participating.

We’re secluded in our private woods, in the middle of 30+ acres with trees for neighbors.
Currently we have an approx 1600 sq ft covered, enclosed and heated deck reminiscent of Thomas St, only bigger. The 8+ person jacuzzi is back IN the deck area (clothing optional) along with a ‘peekaboo’ private 2 person jacuzzi and shower area.

There are 2 bars and lots of seating and standing area. We also have a separate tv area with seating for porn, ballgames or just private socializing.

4 private bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 indoor social areas and 1 ‘group’ play area.

We have a large bonfire area with seating for smoking and getting to know one another. We are 420 friendly, we will be serving light snacks throughout the evening. BYOB (alcohol) & BYOC (condoms) We will have selected sodas, juices and water.
