It's spring time, tax season is over, and the bunnies are starting their flings. Would you like to join in?
Come enjoy an evening of Swing and Fling with some flirting, friendship, a NUDE dip in the Hot Tub, and of course a great opportunity for some naughty times with new found friends. This will be a house party for those of you who are ready for the energy and renewal of the spring season. So like the bunnies in our yard, it’s time to hop around and get a little wild!
This is a party of experienced and new lifestyle couples/single females ONLY. NO SINGLE MALES.
As in all comfortable/non-pushy true lifestyle events, sexual activity is not a requirement or expected, but encouraged and accepted. So feel free to enjoy hot play with old/new friends or just some good social interaction.

Our modern hot tub is located behind privacy curtains and will be clean and warm, for your enjoyment of nude dipping pleasures and socializing. But note that clothing and swimsuits are NOT allowed in the water.
At our home you will be able to socialize with others on our large deck/patio combo with a nice wood fire to help you unwind. We will be offering some delicious snack foods thru out the evening,and we will provide various sodas and water. You may bring your own alcohol, we just ask that you drink responsibly and act as an adult should. Illegal substances have no place at our events, so leave them at home.
In our three comfortable play areas we will also provide a limited supply of popular erotic toys, condoms, lube, and absorbent pads for your play needs, as you enjoy exploring your sexual desires.

***Not everyone going to our party may appear on the attendee list as we accumulate attendees by other means as well.
