Every geographic area has its strengths and weaknesses. The area I'm in has very slim pickings in regard to what we would look for. For instance, very few Latinos that we can connect with in our area. Kinda sucks because we came from Miami. We have loved and enjoyed the demographics up here in Virginia as well. What's the feel for you? Do you stay in your general vicinity? What is the radius you consider when looking?
