We would love to go to Hedo. But we are concerned about what to tell various friends, family, workmates etc. It's a lot of deception to maintain, which we are not adept at. One thing is people saying, when I floated a generic trial balloon, "Jamaica?! Why the #@&% would you want to go there?! You should go to [other tropical locale]." Another would be that her sister - who is very into travel and high class resorts - would immediately want to know what hotel we're staying at, and would try to find us a better one! Now what?
We would love advice on this issue.
