Saw George Clinton in Milwaukee on Thurs night.
Fishbone put on a great show. Only 25-30 mins though. New Orleans group with singer with HUGE voice, did great 30 mins. George relied heavily on his pre-recorded "live" narrator voice and his backup singer carried most of George's lyrics. Too many rappers in his show for me. Don't care for legendary bands throwing rappers on their album or show to attract new crowd. If we paid $200-$300 for those seats, I would have felt robbed. Missed many of the big hits, and no Bootsy Collins. At least the 77 yr old George and his band gave us 75 minutes!
